Sean Michael Marchant, 30, of Merriman Lane, Prospect, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:06 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 31.

Szymon Alexander Kasjanski, 20, of Cottage Street, East Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspection and third-degree larceny at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 19.

Jan. 19

Kevin Gaber, 60, of Plum Orchard Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Eric Houle, 30, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with evading reponsibility for injury/property damage; operating a motor vehicle with a handheld telephone/electronic device; and failure to insure a private vehicle at 8 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 26.

Dana Mastromarino, 53, of Mill Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:41 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 2.

Jan. 20

Ryan J. Nelson, 39, of Mariondale Drive, Plantsville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and risk of injury to a child at 4:49 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 3.

Barbara Redding, 58, of Judith Lane, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree larceny at 3:48 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 3.

Jan. 23

Brian A. Lopez, 26, of Temby Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct at 5:57 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 24.
