SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for June 26-July 2, 2023, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

June 26

Philip Huerter, 47, of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with two counts of violation of a restraining order at 5:35 p.m. He was to appear in court June 27.

Jonathan Matthew Jenkins, 21, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening at 1:30 p.m. He was to appear in court June 27.

June 27

Edrick Miguel Cordero, 25, of Waterville Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 10:15 p.m. He was to appear in court June 28.

June 28

James S. Buckley, 43, of South Main Street, Southington, was charged with reckless driving; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court July 12.

Richard Lee Jackson, 35, of Woodland Road, Guilford, was charged with improper use of marker plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; reckless driving; disobeying the signal of an officer; inferfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and first-degree reckless endangerment at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court June 28.

Kevin Raymond, 28, of Running Creek Road, Schodack Landing, N.Y., was charged with third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief; and third-degree larceny at 6:30 a.m. He was to appear in court June 28.

June 29

Nicholas J. Latina, 33, of Westland Street, Hartford, was charged with theft of plates; possession of a controlled substance; criminal impersonation; infering with an officer/resisting arrest and eight counts of failure to appear in court at 10:25 p.m. He was to appear in court June 30.

July 2

Brian Lavigne, 38, of East Street, Plainville, was charged with third-degree burglary; third-degree larceny; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 p.m. He was to appear in court July 3.

Samantha F. Rogers, 34, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 7:55 p.m. She was to appear in court July 3.

Mary A. Soler, 34, of Pleasant Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to obey a stop sign at 4:30 a.m. She will appear in court July 11.
