Adam Rothermel, 35, of Hemlock Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane. He will appear in court April 3.
John Gary Salerno, 44, of Mulberry Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 12 p.m. He was to appear in court March 21.

Ava Noelle Warner, 18, of Main Street, Plantsville, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening at 7:42 p.m. She will appear in court April 3.

Maria Ann Francischelli, 53, of Pattonwood Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:30 p.m. She was to appear in court March 22.

Matthew J. Venditto, 45, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and criminal attempt to commit voyeurism at 2:48 p.m. He will appear in court April 5.

Alexander David Depastino, 55, of Autran Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree threatening at 5:43 p.m. He will appear in court April 6.
Ryan Edmund Giudice, 20, of Westview Terrace, Berlin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree larceny at 10:17 a.m. He will appear in court April 6.
Michael M. Mikienis, 46, of Elmwood Drive, Cheshire, was charged with violation of probation at 3:22 a.m. He was to appear in court March 23.

Joseph Augelli, 27, of Highland Avenue, Cheshire, was charged with violation of probation at 11: 16 p.m. He will appear in court April 5.

Marijo Byrum, 43, of Woodtick Road, Wolcott, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6 a.m. She was to appear in court March 27.
Marisa Camacho, 41, of Cooke Road, Wallingford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and drinking while driving at 2:59 p.m. She will appear in court April 10.
