Thomas G. Helenek, 54, of Woodruff Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening at 1:35 p.m. He was to appear in court March 8.
Anthony Spinello, 28, of Farmstead Road, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 10.

March 28
Jeanna M. Fazzalaro, 45, of Park Street, New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary; second-degree criminal trespassing; and third-degree larceny at 1:15 p.m. She will appear in court April 11.
March 29
Angel L. Santana, 29 of Stanley Street, New Britain, was charged with conspiracy to commit improper use of marker plates; conspiracy to commit theft of plates; conspiracy to commit use of a motor vehicle without permission; and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 3:20 p.m. He was to appear in court April 5.
March 30
Chelsea Chacho, 28, of North Main Street, Naugatuck, was charged with criminal attempt of fifth-degree larceny; sixth-degree larceny; and third-degree forgery at noon. She will appear in court April 13.
Rene J. St. Germain, 68, of Mill Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 3:23 p.m. He will appear in court April 13.

Megan Lee Sforza, 31, of Birchwood Court, Wolcott, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:20 p.m. She was to appear in court April 3.
