March 7

Dezmond Antwaine Bonds, 31, of Candlewood Drive, South Windsor, was charged with criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery at 12 a.m. He was to appear in court March 7.

Ryan Oakes, 43, of South Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 1:04 a.m. He was to appear in court March 7.

Xavier Joseph Oakes, 22, of South Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; second-degree strangulation/suffocation; and second-degree unlawful restraint at 1:20 a.m. He was to appear in court March 7.

Edgard Pena, 29, of Lillian Road, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:56 a.m. He will appear in court March 21.

Ava Noelle Warner, 18, of Main Street, Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree harassment; and second-degree threatening at 11:50 p.m. She will appear in court March 22.

Heinz R. Dippelhofer, 51, of Carter Road, Plymouth, was charged with third-degree larceny at 10:54 p.m. He was to appear in court March 9.

Tammy Nadeau, 42, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with falsifying marker/license/registration plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; improper number of headlamps; third-degree larceny; criminal impersonation; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:54 p.m. She was to appear in court March 9.

March 9

Heinz R. Dippelhofer, 51, of Carter Road, Plymouth, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:21 a.m. He was to appear in court March 9.

Jill M. Mallia, 44, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:30 p.m. She will appear in court March 23.

Tammy Nadeau, 42, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of probation at 1:20 a.m. She was to appear in court March 9.

Samantha Frances Rogers, 33, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct 12:04 p.m. She was to appear in court March 10.

March 11

Eric Christensen, 24, of Carter Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening at 12:13 p.m. He was to appear in court March 13.

March 12

Joshua Cuadrado, 31, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:59 p.m. He will appear in court March 29.
