Kevin Martin Butler, 66, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree threatening at 11:42 p.m. He was to appear in court June 6.

Timothy Orozco, 41, of Hilltop Drive, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court June 2.

May 23

Virgil Brazie, 49, of Park Street, Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; and conspiracy at 5:07 p.m. He was to appear in court June 6.

Nicholas Stephen Depaulo, 26, of Phelps Street, Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 9:11 p.m. He was to appear in court June 6.

Mohamed Ahmed Aburkhis, 34, of Spring Street, Naugatuck, was charged with criminal impersonation at 10:35 a.m. He was to appear in court May 24.

Matthew David Blacha, 50, of South Avenue, Meriden, was charged with improper use of marker plates/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; reckless driving; use of drug paraphernalia; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:24 a.m. He was to appear in court May 24.

John Baptist Lamontagne, 72, of Craig Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court June 12.

Jacob Owen Stedman, 25, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:30 a.m. He was to appear in court May 30.

Ava Noelle Warner, 18, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with assault of a public safety officer/EMT at 10:15 p.m. She will apper in court June 9.

Owen Michael Durgin, 20, of Terryville Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate; improper multi-beam headlights; and second-degree breach of peace at 10:40 p.m. He will appear in court June 13.

Andrew Jeffrey, 58, of Birch Drive, Cheshire, was charged with improper parking near a fire hydrant; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree threatening at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court June 13.

John Baptist Lamontagne, 72, of Craig Avenue, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and criminal attempt at third-degree criminal mischief at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court June 12.

Rohan Smith, 27, of Stonefield Drive, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:05 a.m. He will appear in court June 13.

Kristin Julia Goodworth, 24, of West Main Street, Cheshire, was charged with theft of plates; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; and failure to insure a private vehicle at 7:55 p.m. She will appear in court June 16.
