David Lugli, 29, of Atwater Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:03 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Maria A. Perreault, 79, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing; third-degree criminal mischief; and second-degree breach of peace at 8:50 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 18.

Steven Reyes, 21, of Jefferson Street, Patterson, N.J., was charged with criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Rafael Rivera, 45, of Chapman St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Jender Alexander Santos-Ulloa, 20, of North Hampton Street, Easton, Pa., was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker plates/license/registration; operating a motor vehicle without a license; criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 11:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Nov. 14

Gilbert A. Emond, 41, of Germania Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree assault at 8:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Kenneth M. Monterose, 39, of Falls Avenue, Oakville, was charged with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Nov. 15

Kevin Martin Butler, 65, of Marion Avenue, Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree violation of a conditional release at 6:36 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 16.

Jeffrey Alexander Castro, 24, of Parker Street, Waterbury, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct at 11:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 29.

Brooklyn Feliciano, 23, of Hardwood Road, Plainville, was charged with criminal impersonation; interfering with a police officer; and disorderly conduct at 12:35 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 29.

Nov. 16

Lauren Elizabeth Cannata, 22, of Foxcroft Court, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 7:26 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 17.

Nov. 17

Javier Oquendo, 31, of Plum Orchard Road, Southington, was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm at 1:25 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 2.

Nov. 18

Marcy Laura Pelletier, 44, of Lounsbury Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 3:38 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Nov. 19

Lauren A. Vincent, 32, of Lily Lane, Wallingford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:45 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 5.

Nov. 22

Kasey Fortuna, 43, of Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, was charged with interfering with an officer at 12:20 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 6.

Daniel Michaud, 57, of Camp Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:20 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 6.

Nov. 23

John Celella, 57, of Celella Drive, Southington, was cited for transporting a child aged 2 to 5 years old and weighing less than 40 pounds without a restraint at 2:47 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 9.

Kevin Ouellet, 43, of Brookside Drive, Southington, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10:02 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 23.

Matthew Stephen Rivkin, 37, of Tuttle Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and passing in a no-passing zone at 1:25 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 7.

Nov. 25

Amy Autumn Cayer, 23, of Matthews Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; use of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance at 10:48 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 9.
