Nov. 27

Natane Renee Baldwin, 25, of Upson Drive, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal damage to property at 2:54 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 12.

Nov. 28

David G. Hackett, 37, of Cooper Street, Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny at 11:45 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 12.

Dec. 2

Kyle C. Witkowski, 36, of Union Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief; disorderly conduct; and third-degree assault at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Dec. 3

Kyle C. Witkowski, 36, of Union Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree violation of a conditional release at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.
