Daniel N. Kraft, 48, of Carter Heights, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:10 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 27.

Kyle Churchelow, 25, of Spindle Hill Road, Wolcott, was charged with illegal opeation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:45 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 1.

Oct. 17

Clayton Keyworth, 47, of Hilltop Road, Plainville, was charged with second-degree larceny at 4:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.

Collin Shea, 23, of Matthew Street, Prospect, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 8 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 31.
