Rayon Daley, 41, of Milldale Avenue, Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11 a.m. He is to appear in court Nov. 18.

Brendon Tyler Grandieri, 25, of Garrison Drive, St. Augustine, Fla., was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:14 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 10.
Denny Rivera, 46, of Windor Street, Ludlow, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:14 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 10.
Oct. 31
Scott Brotherton Jr., 23 David Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11 p.m. No court date information was given.
Nov. 1
Michael V. Menta, 50, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree burglary; second-degree criminal mischief; third-degree criminal mischief; and third-degree larceny at 6 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 1.

Victor Rufino Perez, 43, of 311 Hillcrest Terrace, Meriden, was charged with murder at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 2.
Kiana Melissa Carignan, 25, of West Main Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief; disorderly conduct; violation of a protective order; and third-degree assault at 1:05 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 3.
Nov. 3
Naveen Kumar, 50, of Interstate Park Drive, Southington, was chared with risk of injury to a child; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree threatening at 10:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 4.
Nov. 4
Jeffrey Peter Branchesi, 38, of Goodwin Street, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 4:10 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 7.
