Thomas Henry Derwin, 66, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 8:18 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 14.

Sandy Lada, 51, of Lincoln Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 14.

Mariusz K. Pelc, 32, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 6.

Oct. 1

Robert Douglas Gray-LeClair, 40, of Coe Avenue, Meriden, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:23 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 3.

Haylie Elizabeth Hackett, 18, of Hughes Street, Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order at 3 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 3.

Michael Spalter, 41, of East Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening at 8:42 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 3.

Oct. 3

Marcy Laura Pelletier, 44, of Lounsbury Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1:58 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 4.

Rachael Rogus, 18, of Edward Street, New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:06 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 4.

Aimee Rugh, 30, of Willis Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:25 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 14.
