Samantha Lee Rivera, 20, of Paddock Avenue, Meriden, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 8:50 a.m. She was to appear in court April 16.
Shannon Kubis, 32, of Hoadly Road, Hebron, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 5:50 p.m. She was to appear in court April 3.

Chauncy Marion Gibson, 25, of Academy Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3 a.m. He was to appear in court April 2.
Sanije Elmazi, 38, of Peach Orchard Road, Prospect, was charged with five counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:26 a.m. She will appear in court April 19.
April 3
Patricia Marisela Rays Jacobo, 30, of Sandy Brook Drive, New Britain, was charged with first-degree burglary; first-degree criminal trespassing; first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 10:25 p.m. She was to appear in court April 4.
Jessica Lundy, 36, of Fairmount Avenue, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court April 3.
Hector M. Diaz, 37, of Stoughton Road, Southington, was charged with criminal violation of a civil protection order at 11:20 p.m. He was to appear in court April 4.
April 4
Kurt Robert Werner, 27, of Cianci Avenue, Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency at 10:25 a.m. He will appear in court April 23.
Vernon James Thompson, 26, of Admiral Street, West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. He will appear in court April 24.
April 6
Davidsomme Vincent, 32, of Fairmount Place, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with first-degree larceny at 12:30 a.m. He was to appear in court April 6.
April 7
Kyle W. McCarthy, 30, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 12:15 p.m. He was to appear in court April 15.
