SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Aug. 13 -Aug. 19, 2024, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

All charges are allegations, not convictions.

Aug. 14

Kenneth Prigodich, 67, of Hampton Court, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and failure to drive on the right at 3:20 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 28.

Robert Anthony Cane, 68, of Jarvis Road, Manchester, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements; second-degree criminal trespassing; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree breach of peace at 7:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 15.

Aug. 15

Josue Medina, 34, of Eastern Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny and one count of fourth-degree larceny at 10:18 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 15.

Terry John Freer, 61, of Deerbrooke Circle, Southington, was charged with physical threatening at 12:54 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 29.

Chad E. Accarpio, 34, of Liberty Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 15.

Aug. 19

Peter Joseph Norris, 29, of Dover Street, Bristol, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 8:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 20.
