Aug. 20

Analiza Torres, 51, of Burton Street, Waterbury, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 9 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 21.

Richard J. Gatling, 28, of Boyden Street, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a hallucinogen with intent to sell at 12:30 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 3.

Nicole Aviles-Estrada, 25, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 12:10 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 3.

Joshua D. Adams, 33, of Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:50 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 3.

Aug. 21

Michael Fairbanks, 33, of Goodwin Court, Thomaston, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing; sixth-degree larceny; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:05 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 4.

Aug. 22

Joseph Manuel Torres, 20, of North Summit Street, Southington, was charged with reckless driving; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:30 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 5.

Gianni Centeno, 38, of Baggott Street, West Haven, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny at 9:35 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 22.

Aug. 23

Kelsey Meenan, 28, of Norton Street, Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 26.

Gianna Roxie Law Louise-Charles, 20, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:29 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 26.

Jessica Lynn Fitzgerald, 30, of P.O. Box 808, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:44 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 3.

Aug. 24

Kristen E. Murphy, 43, of London Road, Hebron, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:36 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 26.

Aug. 25

Christian Jaime Torres, 30, of John Street, Waterbury, was charged with interfering with an emergency call and violation of a protective order at 2:32. He was to appear in court aug. 26.

Aug. 26

William M. Edwards, 35, of Southborough Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 27.

John Edwards, 71, of Southborough Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 27.
