James Stebar, 43, of East 4th Street, South Boston, Mass., was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 11:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Thomas Michael Riffe, 54, of West Queen Street, Southington, was charged with e-stalking at 12:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Jason T. Finland, 37, of Dunham Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 6:26 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 22.

Christopher James Emanuel, 34, of Midfield Drive, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 11:19 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 5, 2024.

Chantel Benoit, 31, of South Leonard Street, Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; assault of a public safety officer; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 7:37 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Dec. 23

Carl Daniels, 58, of Smith Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:30 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 5, 2024.

Dec. 24

Andre Lorenzo Woods, 18, of Morse Street, Hamden, was charged with reckless driving; risk of injury to a child; larceny of a motor vehicle; third-degree larceny; first-degree criminal trover; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:36 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Ronald Charles Mcauley, 18, of Fountain Street, New Haven, was charged with reckless driving; risk of injury to a child; larceny of a motor vehicle; third-degree larceny; first-degree criminal trover; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:36 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Tricia Jakubowicz, 43, of Village Lane, Burlington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; disorderly conduct; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 1:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 26.

Zachary James Fusco, 31, of Anne Road, Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree physical threatening at 8 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 27.

Alfredo J. Demers, 41, of Washington Place, Bradenton, Fla., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 12:25 a.. He was to appear in court Dec. 27.
