Dec. 28, 2023

Elijah Rodriguez, 19, of Randolph Avenue, Meriden, was charged with first-degree larceny at 3:15 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 12.

Angel Manuel Mercado, 29, of North Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operation of a drug factory; and possession of a controlled substance at 12:56 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 28, 2023.

Yairi Luz Matiz, 27, of Bamford Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operation of a drug factory; possession of a controlled substance; violation of pistol permit regulations; and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 12:56 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 28, 2023.

George Bradley Estes-James, 30, of Kodak Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operating a drug factory; possession of a controlled substance; violation of a pistol permit; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; and criminal possession of a firearm at 12:56 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 28, 2023.

Donna Catalano, 40, of East Spring Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operating a drug factory; and possession of a controlled substance at 12:56 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 28.

Paul Raymond, 54, of Central Street, Bristol, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary; second-degree criminal mischief; first-degree criminal mischief; third-degree criminal mischief; fourth-degree larceny; and third-degree larceny at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Mohamedrikas Mohamednizar, 42, of Willow Creek Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:08 p.m. he was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Reina A. Berube, 36, of Beths Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 12:10 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 12.

Chelsea Ann Rodriguez, 27, of Burgundy Hill Lane, Middletown, was charged with violation of a protective order at 12:28 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Timothy Johnson, 46, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

James M. McGinn, 54, of Butler Avenue, Southington, was charged with falsifying marker/license/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and possession of a controlled substance at 3:10 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 12.

Michael Benson, 28, of Murray Street, Meriden, was charged with reckless driving; improper passing; driving the wrong way on a one-way street; and failure to obey the signal of an officer at 1:59 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 12.

Jeffrey W. Stauffer, 38, of Rock Hall Road, Colebrook, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 2 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 16.

Isis Santiago, 18, of Meriden Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and physical threatening at 4:24 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Kaseim Broderick Lotts, 41, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 9:15 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 16.

Hector L. Torres, 44, of Hinsdale Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/registration plates; theft of plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 4:59 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 16

Jan. 3

Maurice McElrath, 43, of Ash Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm; cruelty to animals; and criminal possession of a firearm at 10 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 13.

David Charles McCulloch, 43, of Burr Street, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary; two counts of first-degree criminal mischief; and two counts of first-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 3.

James Patrick Ianantuoni, 57, of Country Club Woods Circle, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 3:55 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 17.

Matthew Wade Godin, 31, of Allyn Street, Hartford, was charged with sale of a narcotic substance; possession of narcotics with intent to sell; carrying a narcotics substance within 200 feet of a school; possession of a controlled substance; use of drug paraphernalia; and first-degree larceny at 3:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 4.
