Ezequiel Felix Gonzalez, 41, of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree sexual assault at 3:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 21.
David Andrew Galipeau, 36, of Buckland Street, Southington, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 10:10 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.

Alanna DeAngelis, 36, of Eugene Avenue, Bristol, was charged with possession with intent to sell illegal narcotics; operation of a drug factory; and possession of a controlled substance at 3:56 a.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 11.
Feb. 12
Lilliana Lisa Ferriolo, 24, of Cherry Brook Road, Canton, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:30 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 26.
Stephan Ross Yankus, 32, of Juniper Road, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device at 11:09 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 26.
Feb. 13
William Kiely Ludemann, 25, of Allen Avenue, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 7:03 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.
Feb. 14
Michael A. Mullaly, 35, of East Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 5:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 18.
Adam Golden, 47, of Grand Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order at 9:49 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 18.
Feb. 15
Brian Pellet, 30, of Flanders Street, Southington, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements; illegal possession of exploding fireworks; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault of an elderly victim; threatening; and first-degree reckless endangerment at 9:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 18.
Feb. 17
Alison Holden, 25, of Dudley Lane, Madison, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; third-degree robbery; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 11:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 18.
