Jermaine Shirod Foskey, 35, of Highview Terrace, Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:45 p.m. He was to appear in court March 3.

Imoni Patricia Andrews, 25, of Highview Terrace, Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 5:03 p.m. She was to appear in court March 3.

Feb. 18

Lineth Santos, 32, of Corn Tassle Road, Naugatuck, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:15 p.m. She was to appear in court March 4.

Rimjhim Dasgupta, 41, of South Road, Farmington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:29 a.m. She was to appear in court March 4.

Feb. 19

Christina Baer, 33, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:37 a.m. She will appear in court March 12.

Feb. 21

Maria Rose Morris, 43, of Riverside Street, Oakville (Watertown), was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 5:50 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 24.

Raymond Frederick Chase, 43, of Winchester Drive, Southington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, and failure to drive on the right at 10:28 p.m. He was to appear in court March 6.

Feb. 22

Jennifer Figueiroa, 56, of Wedgewood, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 6:33 p.m. She will appear in court March 9.

Feb. 24

Joseph Michael Williams, 41, of Sea Hill Road, North Branford, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree larceny at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 10.

Slawomir Krzynowek, 44, of James Avenue, Southington, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration and theft of plates/inserts at 4:17 p.m. He will appear in cout March 10.

Feb. 25

James Wagner, 72, of Raynor Street, Southington, was charged with possession of a vicious/barking dog and permitting a dog/livestock to roam at 11:13 a.m. He was to appear in court March 6.

Stacie St. Pierre, 57, of Broad Street, Plainville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Christine Ciesielski, 44, of Twining Street, Plainville, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration, theft of plates/inserts, use of drug paraphernalia, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 8:16 p.m. She will appear in court March 11.

Victoria L. Petersen, 38, of Cianci Avenue, Plainville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:10 a.m. She will appear in court March 10.

Christopher M. Mansi, 37, of Triumph Street, Middletown, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, illegal taking of a payment card, and payment card fraud at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Gianna Jolissa Carangelo, 19, of Murray Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:10 p.m. She will appear in court March 12.

Jamal Rafiq Abdelaziz, 38, of George Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and threatening at 3:12 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Joseph F. MacDonald, 47, of Highland Avenue, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia at 9:15 p.m. He will appear in court March 16.
