Alec Ulrych, 33, of Murray Road, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:15 p.m. He will appear in court March 11.

Chanelle Nashay Starks, 30, of River Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 4:44 a.m. She will appear inc ourt March 11.

Luis Daniel Ramos, 29, of Cherry Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:57 a.m. He will appear in court March 14.

Feb. 26

William Edwin Damon, 28, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:08 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 26.

Feb. 27

Scott Tenney, 36, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:17 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

James McCann, 44, of Lakeview Street, Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Feb. 28

Duane J. Veilleux, 45, of Rockwell Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:10 a.m. He will appear inc ourt March 10.

March 3

Aidan Skyler Clingan, 21, of Rockwood Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1 p.m. He will appear in court March 17.
