Darien Joel Rodriguez, 23, of Wheeler Village Road, Southington, was charged with three counts of failure to appear in court at 11:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Jennifer Loguidice, 42, of Craig Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:03 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Mitchel K. LaFerriere, 26, of Middletown Road, Berlin, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 6:15 p.m. He will appear in court March 12.

Robert Lee Homar, 44, of Center Street, Southington, was charged with simple trespassing and second-degree criminal mischief at 9:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 15.

Marcus Anthony Figueroa, 28, of West Liberty Street, Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree larceny;; second-degree assault with a firearm on an elderly victim; fourth-degree larceny; first-degree robbery (firearm threat); and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery (firearm threat) at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Feb. 28

Michael A. Stevens, 35, of Stoneycrest Drive, Middletown, was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 15.

Luis Ramos, 49, of Roosevelt St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 9:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Lauren Petrario, 39, of Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 8:20 pm. She was to appear in court March 8.

Jessie Ocasio, 44, of Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing; third-degree criminal mischief; and first-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 28.

Christopher Boyd, 41, of Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; illegal possessoin of a shoplifting device; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 8:22 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 29.

Matthew Venturo, 36, of Barbour Road, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 15.

Laura Hart, 55, of Chestnut Street, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 10 p.m. She was to appear in court March 1.

Kiana Melissa Carignan, 26, of Holt Street, Terryville, was charged with violation of a protective order at 7:30 p.m. She was to appear in court March 1.

March 1

Russell A. Springer, 58, of Weekeepeemee Road, Woodbury, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; assault of a public safety officer; and second-degree breach of peace at 7 p.m. He will appear in court March 15.

Charles Klein, 51, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:31 p.m. He will appear in court March 11.

James Lee Clark, 24, of Main Street, Vernon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3 p.m. He will appear in court March 15.

March 2

Jeremy Ryan Mercier, 24, of Shweky Lane, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:47 p.m. He will appear in court March 18.

Kelsi Elizabeth Blatchley, 21, of Blue Hills Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:31 a.m. She will appear in court March 15.

March 4

Dard McCoy, 65, of Penney Drive, East Hartford, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He will appear in court March 18.

Michael S. Ciarcia, 59, of Charis Road, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 18.
