Gary Rogers, 32, of Dickenman Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 18.
Matthew N. Diogostine, 33, of Riverview Circle, Wolcott, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:52 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 18.

Feb. 5
Tyler Joel Marquis, 31, of Mariondale Drive, Plantsville, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operation of a drug factory; and possession of a controlled substance at 10:18 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 5.
Feb. 6
Ryan Throne, 41, of Ben Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace at 12:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.
Feb. 7
Timothy Orozco, 43, of Hilltop Drive, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and three counts of violation of probation at 3:43 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.
Feb. 8
Sue Labulis, 61, of West Woods Road, Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:54 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 21.
Alexander David Depastino, 57, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 10.
Feb. 10
Ryan John Osakowicz, 46, of Pickney Avenue, Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; criminal impersonation; and fifth-degree computer crime at 2:23 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.
Grzegorz Gawei, 49, of Annelise Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 10.
Alexander David Depastino, 57, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a condition of release at 7 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 10.
Mayfer Beltre Cabrera, 23, of Orchard Street, Bridgeport, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 1 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 24.
