Feb. 8

Shannon Marie Hamel, 42, of Asylum Avenue, Hartford, was charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 9.

Darrick Eathorne, 33, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:42 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 8.

Feb. 9

Gabriel Alex Lawson, 20, of Parkview Drive, Southington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast; failure to drive in the proper lane; and reckless driving at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 23.

Feb. 11

Francis Anthony Gelada, 62, of Preston Terrace, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree stalking (fear of physical safety); and second-degree harassment at 12:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 12

Chelsea Manzueta, 28, of Cherry Street, New York, N.Y., was charged with third-degree larceny; second-degree identity theft; and criminal impersonation at 2:52 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 14

Yeralisse Kristal Otero-Gonzalez, 27, of Wilcox Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:20 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 28.

Michael Goulet, 34, of Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 10:48 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 28.
