Jan. 14

Wayne D. Lydem, 47, of Wolcott Road, Wolcott, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 3:10 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 27.

Jan. 15

Scott Tenney, 35, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; operating a motor vehicle without a license; fourth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny; two counts of fifth-degree larceny; two counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; third-degree robbery; and second-degree breach of peace at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 15.

Jeremy Christian Kukla, 47, of Glen Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault (causing physical injury) at 10:38 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Edward Gutowski, 67, of Whitlock Avenue, Plantsville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:50 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Joseph A. Guerrera, 53, of Woodtick Road, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 15.

Jeffrey J. Fanion, 64, of Worthington Point Road, Berlin, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:16 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Miaolin Chen, 34, of no known address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 7:32 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 15.

Gionnie Ray Canady, 19, of Texas Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with theft of plates/inserts; reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; failure to drive in the proper lane; carrying a pistol without a permit; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine; third-degree criminal mischief; larceny of a motor vehicle; second-degree larceny; second-degree criminal trover; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; criminal possession of a firearm; first-degree reckless endangerment; and violation of probation at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 16.

Jan. 18

Joshua D. Smith, 52, of Brooklane Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:40 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 31.

Anthony Michael Simeone, 18, of Germania Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and threatening at 2:04 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 31.

Thomas Gagne Jr., 30, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:38 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 21.

Kenneth Cole, 60, of Buckland Street, Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 9:01 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 21.

Jan. 20

Roberto Cruz Perez, 41, of Burlington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and following too closely (accident) at 9:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 3.
