Susan E. Rinato, 66, of Samuel Harris Lane, Chatham, Mass., was charged with possession of a vicious/barking dog at 1:04 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.
Johnathan James McEarchern, 29, of Peak Avenue, Milford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 5:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 22.

Jean-Charles James, 43, of Bridge Street, Stockton, N.J., was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage and unsafe backing at 5:29 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 4.
Jan. 22
Donald Arthur Salvesen, 72, of Belleview Avenue, Southington, was charged with making a false statement and criminal possession of a firearm at 2:36 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 5.
George Thomas Motuzick, 54, of Main Street, Glastonbury, was charged with two counts each of first- and second-degree failure to appear in court at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 23.
Sarah Marie Jusa, 22, of New Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:30 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 4.
Richard Hogan, 38, of Meadowlark Lane, Plainville, was charged with reckless driving; fifth-degree larceny; and third-degree robbery at 7:22 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 31.

Noah Nathan Soucy, 25, of Dino Road, Bristol, was charged with reckless driving; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and following too closely at 6:05 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.
Jennifer Ramirez, 44, of Burton Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 23.
Kenneth A. Johnson, 63, of Dogwood Drive, Southington, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and violation of the town blight ordinance at 4:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 6.
Rachel Groll, 35, of James Street, Bristol, was charged with third-degree burglary; fourth-degree larceny; illegal taking of a payment card; credit card crime penalty; and third-degree identity theft at 10:31 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 23.

Isaiah Smith, 29, of College Street, Middletown, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; failure to display plates/inserts; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; failure to pass on the right; failure to comply with handicapped parking regulations; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and first-degree failure to appear in court at 66:35 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 6 and Feb. 7.
Riannon Elizabeth Oddo, 22, of Mount Vernon Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey a stop sign at 1:30 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.
Jessica Lee Luna, 35, of Grace Lane, Shelton, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 27.
Raymond Alexander Castillo, 56, of South Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/license/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; disobeying signal of an officer; engaging police in pursuit; failure to drive in the proper lane; making improper turns; violating traffic control signals; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 3:40 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.

Michelle R. Spinelli, 50, of Russet Lane, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and third-degree assault at 8:30 a.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.
Keontae Don Burruss, 23, of Woodland Street, Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and following too close (accident) at 6:50 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 7.

Ashley Moser, 31, of Seaman Circle, Manchester, was charged with interfering with a search at 12:01 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 7.
Alkeam Jones, 46, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with interfering with a search and violation of probation at 12:01 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 28.
Melissa A. Davis, 39, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal impersonation; interfering with a search; first-degree failure to appear in court; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:21 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 28.
