Nelson Colon-Davila, 24, of Linnmoore Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny; two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; first-degree robbery; conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery; two counts of first-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; two counts of second-degree robbery; two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery; and two counts of second-degree breach of peace at 9:56 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Frankie Almodovar-Roman, 23, of West Boulevard, Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny; two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery; two counts of first-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; two counts of second-degree robbery; two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery; and two counts of second-degree breach of peace at 10:08 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Jan. 30

Jhovan Serrano, 28, of Elliot Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension and fifth-degree larceny at 10:50 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Kevin Daniel Ortiz-Rivera, 22, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery; criminal possession of a firearm with a felony conviction; third-degree assault; first-degree reckless endangerment; first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery; second-degree breach of peace; first-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery at 9:37 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 30.

Tyler Joel Marquis, 31, of Mariondale Drive, Plantsville (Southington), was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell; operation of a drug factory; and possession of a controlled substance at 9 a.m. No court date was given.

Brandon M. Joyner, 33, of Orange Street, New Haven, was charged with threatening at 10:14 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 13.

Michael R. Badgley, 36, of West Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:16 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 31.

Feb. 2

Seth Brewster Tichenor, 43, of Red Top Drive, West Hartford, was charged with impersonation of a police officer and second-degree breach of peace at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 14.

Shiana Marie Soler, 23, of Ford Street, Ansonia, was charged with fifth-degree larceny; failure to respond to an infraction; and six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:55 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 3.
