Matthew Nelson, 43, of Robindale Drive, Berlin, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 8:44 p.m. He was to appear in court July 17.
Ramon Antonio Gonzalez, 37, of Chestnut Court, Cromwell, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; and threatening at 5:18 p.m. He was to appear in court July 17.

July 17
Ronald Odett, 44, of Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with operation of a drug factory and possession with intent to sell more than 1 kilogram of cannabis at 4 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.
Samuel Mercado, 27, of Sherman Avenue, Meriden, was charged with third-degree burglary; payment card theft; and spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card at 9:28 a.m. He was to appear in court July 17.
July 18
Heather Harrington, 47, of Vermont Court, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9 p.m. She was to appear in court July 19.
July 19
Patrick W. O'Neal, 62, of Broad Street, Bristol, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court July 22.
July 20
Justin Maramo, 24, of Laning Street, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage and violation of traffic control signals at 8:22 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 2.
July 22
Nicole Bernice McKeon, 42, of Ellsworth Boulevard, Berlin, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 7:35 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 5.
Isabella Leyba, 18, of Winchester Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:44 a.m. She was to appear in court July 23.
