Amanda M. Rioux, 38, of Grove Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:45 a.m. She was to appear in court July 21.

Jaime Gustavo Pauta Quituizaca, 51, of Main Street, Bridgeport, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:56 p.m. He was to appear in court July 22.
Joshua Imre Breiding, 41, of Elm Street, Winsted, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court July 22.
July 9
Jacob Elias Ramos, 20, of Columbia Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, improper passing (unsafe distance), failure to comply with passing on the right rules, passing in a no passing zone, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:47 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.
Carlos Ramos, 22, of Lillian Road, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, improper passing (unsafe distance), failure to comply with pass on right rules, passing in a no passing zone, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:47 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.
Madson Omega, 26, of NW 42nd St., Lauderdale Lakes, Fla., was charged with second-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

Steven Manocchio, 59, of Allentown Road, Terryville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:15 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Jonathan Thomas Siarkowski, 31, of West Street, Plantsville, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.
Francine Judith Nido, 58, of Leaf Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 1:47 p.m. She will appear in court July 27.
Lillianna Camila Mojica, 18, of Grandview Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 6:40 p.m. She was to appear in court July 24.

Nathan Solomon, 30, of Kathryn Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:27 a.m. He was to appear in court July 13.
Matthew D. Lantieri, 34, of Main Street, Stamford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court July 14.
Thomas Gary Gaffney, 43, of Highland Drive, Waterbury, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, unsafe passing (left side), violation of traffic control signals, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 2:27 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.
Wilberto Antonio Casiano Jr., 45, of Wolcott Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court July 13.

Anika Unae Hubbard, 22, of North Street, Plymouth, was charged with violation of a protective order at 8 p.m. She was to appear in court July 15.

Harley David Woodbury, 31, of Lakeview Road, Terryville, was charged with second-degree assault at 8 p.m. He was to appear in court July 16.
David Stevens, 55, of Pent Road, Bloomfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a vehicle without the proper load cover, failure to obey service brake system requirements, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 3:40 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

Glenn Roosevelt London, 62, of Pleasant View Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:06 p.m. He was to appear in court July 20.

Kevin Manuel Rodriguez, 20, of Walnut Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, second-degree riot, unlawful assembly, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, criminal attempt at first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and threatening at 1:32 p.m. He was to appear in court July 21.
Isiah Ra-Keith Jones, 34, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with threatening at 12:30 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3.
