July 7

Amanda M. Rioux, 38, of Grove Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:45 a.m. She was to appear in court July 21.

July 8

Jaime Gustavo Pauta Quituizaca, 51, of Main Street, Bridgeport, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:56 p.m. He was to appear in court July 22.

Joshua Imre Breiding, 41, of Elm Street, Winsted, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court July 22.

July 9

Jacob Elias Ramos, 20, of Columbia Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, improper passing (unsafe distance), failure to comply with passing on the right rules, passing in a no passing zone, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:47 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

Carlos Ramos, 22, of Lillian Road, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, improper passing (unsafe distance), failure to comply with pass on right rules, passing in a no passing zone, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:47 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

Madson Omega, 26, of NW 42nd St., Lauderdale Lakes, Fla., was charged with second-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

July 10

Steven Manocchio, 59, of Allentown Road, Terryville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:15 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

July 11

Jonathan Thomas Siarkowski, 31, of West Street, Plantsville, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Francine Judith Nido, 58, of Leaf Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 1:47 p.m. She will appear in court July 27.

Lillianna Camila Mojica, 18, of Grandview Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 6:40 p.m. She was to appear in court July 24.

Tyrell Anthony Hyde, 20, of Grand View Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 6:40 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

July 12

Nathan Solomon, 30, of Kathryn Lane, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:27 a.m. He was to appear in court July 13.

Matthew D. Lantieri, 34, of Main Street, Stamford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court July 14.

Thomas Gary Gaffney, 43, of Highland Drive, Waterbury, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, unsafe passing (left side), violation of traffic control signals, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 2:27 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Wilberto Antonio Casiano Jr., 45, of Wolcott Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, carrying a dangerous weapon, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court July 13.

July 13

Matthew D. Lantieri, 34, of Main Street, Stamford, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court July 14.

Kaiden Conyea Dullivan, 22, of Fairview Street, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, failure to display lights, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 5:04 a.m. He was to appear in court July 23.

July 14

Joseph F. MacDonald, 47, of Reynolds Bridge Road, Derby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:50 a.m. He was to appear in court July 14.

Anika Unae Hubbard, 22, of North Street, Plymouth, was charged with violation of a protective order at 8 p.m. She was to appear in court July 15.

July 15

Harley David Woodbury, 31, of Lakeview Road, Terryville, was charged with second-degree assault at 8 p.m. He was to appear in court July 16.

David Stevens, 55, of Pent Road, Bloomfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a vehicle without the proper load cover, failure to obey service brake system requirements, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 3:40 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

William Christian Schneiter, 60, of Bushnell Hollow Road, Sprague, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

Elijah Moore, 42, of Wolcott Street, New Haven, was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree forgery and third-degree forgery at 10:58 a.m. He was to appear in court July 15.

Joseph Javier Mercedes, 24, of Preston Street, Hartford, was charged with falsifying marker/license/registration, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, disobeying signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, and violation of probation at 3 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

Robin Jurglewicz, 59, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:37 p.m. He will appear in court July 30.

John Michael Warrington, 42, of Field Street, Bristol, was charged with failure to renew registration, falsifying marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, failure to display lights, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, third-degree criminal mischief, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 5:43 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

Glenn Roosevelt London, 62, of Pleasant View Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:06 p.m. He was to appear in court July 20.

Linda Muller, 63, of West Main Street, Cheshire, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires at 9:29 p.m. She will appear in court July 31.

Gregory A. Giddix, 40, of Gwen Road, Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 7:20 p.m. He will appear in court July31.

Michael D. Clapp, 35, of Wolcott Street, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 10:57 a.m. He was to appear in court July 20.

July 19

Asadoor Derbochosian, 58, of Prospect Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 20

Kevin Manuel Rodriguez, 20, of Walnut Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, second-degree riot, unlawful assembly, second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, criminal attempt at first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and threatening at 1:32 p.m. He was to appear in court July 21.

Isiah Ra-Keith Jones, 34, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with threatening at 12:30 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3.
