July 9

Torun Okten, 57, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with illegal possession of cannabis at 1:30 p.m. He will appear in court July 24.

Robert Ernest Goding, 58, of James Street, Auburn, Maine, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree stalking at 8 a.m. He was to appear in court July 10.

July 10

Kevin Kology, 38, of Putnam Street, Bristol, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court at 6:40 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

July 11

Patrick Mugabo Richardson, 44, of Commonwealth Ave., Bronx, N.Y., was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 4 p.m. He will appear in court July 26.

Jonathan B. Gargano, 36, of Laurel Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court July 11.

July 12

Nicole Jean Teardo, 28, Blakeslee Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:50 p.m. She will appear in court June 26.

Shane D. Powadiuk, 36, of Highridge Road, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer; two counts of disorderly conduct; and third-degree assault at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court July 12.

Jesse L. Jones, 40, of Bellevue Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/registration plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and use of drug paraphernalia at 10:26 a.m. He will appear in court July 26.

Theodore C. Depaola, 62, of Sprucewood Road, Watertown, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:59 p.m. He was to appear in court July 15.

July 13

Alan Lohman, 44, of Elliot Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and physical threatening at 11:45 p.m. He was to appear in court July 15.

July 14

Rachel Michelle Pisani, 42, of West Street, Southington, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 4:45 p.m. She will appear in court July 30.

Alan Lohman, 44, of Elliot Drive, Southington, was charged with violation of a conditional release at 1:40 a.m. He was to appear in court July 15.

Parris Irona Le Douet, 23, of Main Street, South Glastonbury, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault at 5:57 p.m. She was to appear in court July 15.

July 15

Zachary Isaiah Brilla, 18, of East Street, Southington, was charged with simple trespassing at 8:55 p.m. He will appear in court July 26.
