June 25

Balaji Subbarao, 47, of Honey Locust Drive, Napperville, Ill., was charged with third-degree sexual assault at 12:35 p.m. He will appear in court July 11.

Christopher Klepps, 53, of Beamis Street, Terryville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 11:30 a.m. He will appear in court July 9.

Hasmit Kharbanda, 43, of Gaffney Place, Waterbury, was charged with the sale of 1 KG or more of cannabis and illegal possession of cannabis at 1:40 p.m. He will appear in court July 15.

June 27

Jender Alexander Santos-Ulloa, 22, of North Hampton Street, Easton, Pa., was charged with possession of a motor vehicle with a changed ID number; larceny of a motor vehicle; and first-degree larceny at 2:12 p.m. He will appear in court July 11.

June 28

William Andrews McBride, 32, of Birch Street, Bristol, was charged with improper use of marker plate/license/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; use of drug paraphernalia; failure to ensure a private motor vehicle; and drinking while driving at 12:45 p.m. He will appear in court July 12.

Kristopher Klepps, 53, of Beamis Street, Terryville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 10:30 a.m. He was to have appeared in court July 1.

June 29

Blake Omar Mila, 19, of Wells Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 3 a.m. He will appear in court July 12.

June 30

Colleen Granger, 60, of Kenney Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:22 p.m. She will appear in court July 15.

Jessica Bergeron, 44, of Michael Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; driving the wrong way on a one-way street; and traffic control signal violations at 12:20 a.m. She will appear in court July 15.

Vincenzo Battilomo, 48, of Ives Row, Cheshire, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at 8:06 a.m. No court date was given.

July 1

Luis Melendez, 44, of Nicholas Drive, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:47 a.m. He was to appear in court July 2.

Czeslaw Cwik, 65, of Ruggles Row, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 3:46 p.m. He was to appear in court July 2.

Craig Robert Bergin, 45, of Dalton Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at noon. He will appear in court July 16.
