March 17

Giordano Marcone, 37, of Laurel Lane, Wolcott, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held electronics device, traffic control signal violations, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and intefering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 9:05 p.m. He was to appear in court March 18.

March 18

Jamie Luis Lugo Rivera, 50, of Ferry Street, New Haven, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 9:15 p.m. He was to appear in court April 1.

Melissa Mya Lopez, 18, of Albion Street, Waterbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:45 p.m. She was to appear in court March 19.

Gregory Lausier, 38, of Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court March 18.

Alighieri O. Cartagena-Torres, 19, of Southview Street, Waterbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:26 p.m. He was to appear in court March 19.

Nellie Barfield, 46, of Deborah Drive, Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:10 a.m. She was to appear in court March 18.

March 19

Matthew William Rooney, 33, of Willoughby Street, Bristol, was charged with voyeurism with malice at 8:15 a.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Jesus David Reyes Garcia, 27, of East Main Street, Torrington, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 8:45 a.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Rachel Holt, 51, of Whiting Street, Plainville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court (two counts) and violation of probation at 4:24 p.m. She was to appear in court March 20.

Brian Alan Rediker, 30, of Center Place, Southington, was charged with possession of child sex abuse materials at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court March 23.

Christopher Kozikowski, 37, of Blakeslee Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:44 p.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Craig Matthew Henderson, 41, of Whitlock Avenue, Southington, was charged with drinking while driving at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Ann M. Granzen, 42, of Cook Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court (five counts) and fifth-degree larceny at 1:15 p.m. She was to appear in court March 23.

Jacob Owen Stedman, 27, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, and first-degree unlawful restraint at 3:15 p.m. He was to appear in court March 23.

Justin T. Hamel, 44, of Overlook Drive, Plainville, was charged with failure to display plates/inserts and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:25 p.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Erica Ann Shirley, 28, of Landers Avenue, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3 p.m. She will appear in court April 7.

Bruce Bailey, 67, of Debbie Drive, Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 6:30 p.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

Pawel Olechowski, 50, of Windfield Drive, New Britain, was charged with third-degree identity theft, first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:45 a.m. He was to appear in court March 26.

Nathan Jean-Charles, 19, of Executive Hill Road, Wolcott, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 10:52 a.m. No court date available.

Charles Best, 57, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening at 8:30 p.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

Robert W. Tucker, 66, of Country Club Road, Cheshire, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, stalking, and third-degree assault at 11:08 p.m. He was to appear in court March 30.

March 28

Jaime Ringrose, 56, of South End Road, Southington, was charged with failure to carry insurance/registration card, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to display lights at 1:14 a.m. He will appear in court April 10.

Jonathan David Holstein, 55, of Tridell Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault (elderly victim), and second-degree unlawful restraint at 5:24 p.m. He was to appear in court March 30.

Jeffrey Scott Hettrick, 48, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:36 p.m. He will appear in court April 13.

Charles Best, 57, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 7:07 p.m. He was to appear in court March 30.
