Justin Antwan Santiago, 25, of Bond Street, Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 11:43 a.m. He will appear in court April 3.
Lisa A. Hobson, 59, of Stave Avenue, Port Charlotte, Fla., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to comply with fingerprint requirements at 10:14 p.m. She was to appear in court March 21.

Tracy Serrano, 51, of Echo Lake Road, Watertown, was charged with violation of probation; sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2:28 a.m. She was to appear in court March 21.
Edgardo Nunez, 60, of West Center Street, Southington, was charged with failure to insure a private motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 2:28 a.m. He was to appear in court March 21.
Maria Ross Morris, 42, of Mulloy Road, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 2:28 a.m. She was to appear in court March 21.
Javien Luis, 31, of Grove Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; criminal impersonation; and interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest at 2:28 a.m. He was also charged with violation of probation at 7:30 a.m. He was to appear in court March 21.
Carlos Miguel DeLaCruz, 51, of Albert Street, Torrington, was charged with third-degree larceny; second-degree identity theft; and criminal impersonation at 2:52 p.m. He will appear in court April 4.

Heidi Montes, 24, of South Elm Street, Wallingford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; second-degree breach of peace; second-degree assault; and third-degree assault at 2 a.m. She was to appear in court March 25.
Adrian Antonio Montes, 28, of White Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court March 25.
David Kioc, 26, of Lorann Drive, Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:09 a.m. He will appear in court April 4.
Stuart Chase, 32, of Main Street, Leeds, Mass., was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court March 25.

Christopher Francis Scalia, 36, of Cambridge Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:20 a.m. He was to appear in court March 25.
Kevin Hudson, 34, of Allen Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 4:30 p.m. He will appear in court April 4.
Christopher E. Carlew, 38, of Windham Road, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct; third-degree strangulation/suffocation; and second-degree unlawful restraint at 1:15 a.m. He was to appear in court March 25.
