March 26

Donald J. Potter, 36, of Carlio Drive, Central Islip, N.Y., was charged with third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:17 p.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

March 27

Cameron Joseph Gamble, 26, of Douglas Road, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1 p.m. He will appear in court April 10.

Jeremy Figueroa-Gerena, 34, of Hazard Avenue, Enfield, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order; first-degree sexual assault; and first-degree unlawful restraint at 10:50 a.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

Isaiah Elias Diaz, 21, of Tomlinson Avenue, Plainville, was charged with first-degree larceny at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 10.

Jaybriel Jomar Claudio, 18, of Chestnut Street, New Britain, was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

March 28

Jeffrey Fennelly, 39, of Buckingham Street, Watertown, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; carrying a dangerous weapon; fourth-degree larceny; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court April 1.

Laura Lynn Dixon, 40, of Stevens Street, East Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 6:30 a.m. She was to appear in court March 28.

March 29

Cornell M. Stewart, 24, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree larceny and first-degree forgery at 11 a.m. He will appear in court April 12.

Dalton R. Kamens, 30, of West Main Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to grant the right of way at 7:24 p.m. He will appear in court April 12.

Blake Makowski, 18, of MacArthur Drive, Plantsville, was charged with reckless driving at 5:20 p.m. He will appear in court April 12.
