Timothy Michael Delaney, 29, of West Center Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:23 a.m. He was to appear in court March 5.

William Edwin Damon, 29, of Judson Avenue, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8 p.m. He was to appear in court March 18.

Todd Vincent Calhoun, 59, of Earle Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and third-degree larceny at 4:35 p.m. He was to appear in court March 5.

March 5

Charlene Ann Miron, 58, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:56 p.m. She was to appear in court March 19.

March 6

Alivia Breacya Parker, 19, of Vine Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:54 p.m. She was to appear in court March 20.

Justin A. Clark, 36, of North Riverside Avenue, Terryville, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle at 8 a.m. He was to appear in court March 6.

March 8

Kevin S. Yade, 63, of David Drive, Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:11 p.m. He was to appear in court March 20.

Brian Brochu, 47, of Skip Lane, Burlington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and making an improper turn at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court March 17.

March 9

Olena Tartachnyk, 33, of Radmere Road, Cheshire, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 8:45 p.m. She was to appear in court March 18.

Maksym Tartachnyk, 36, of Radmere Road, Cheshire, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 8:20 p.m. He was to appear in court March 20.

Matthew Christopher Reardon, 27, of Williams Road, Wallingford, was charged with throwing objects out of a motor vehicle and reckless driving at 3:39 p.m. He was to appear in court March 20.

Jessica A. Pennington, 38, of Gold Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of probation at 6:10 p.m. She was to appear in court March 10.

Eric Fawcett, 39, of Woodland Street, Bristol, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:54 p.m. He will appear in court March 23.

March 10

Omy Wayne Rodriguez, 37, of Dunne Avenue, Collinsville (Canton), was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, second-degree breach of peace, and threatening with a firearm at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court March 24.

March 11

Chase Michael Soucie, 30, of Wayne Drive, Plainville, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:08 p.m. He was to appear in court March 12.

Max Kim, 58, of Queen Terrace, Southington, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration, theft of plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 8:41 p.m. He will appear in court March 25.

Stephen P. Fiesch, 47, of Mill Street, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 5:19 p.m. He was to appear in court March 12.

March 12

Mark McCrann, 37, of Flanders Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct (two counts), threatening, and third-degree assault at 12:43 p.m. He was to appear in court March 13.

March 13

Jeffrey Norman Roy, 61, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 11:25 a.m. He was to appear in court March 16.

Megan Irene Kelly, 44, of Woodside Lane, Terryville, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at noon. She will appear in court March 27.

Cornelius Alexander Knighton, 49, of Capitol Avenue, Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, theft of plates/inserts, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 3:46 p.m. He will appear in court March 26.

Elizabeth A. Dessureau, 49, of Dunham Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:59 p.m. She will appear in court March 30.
