March 4

Ryan William Stackhouse, 18, of River Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; interfering with an emergency call; and assault of an elderly victim at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court March 5.
Jennifer Kay Parshley, 53, of Cottage Green, Enfield, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 12:15 a.m. She will appear in court March 18.

Christian M. Arce, 37, of Monroe Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:47 p.m. He was to appear in court March 5.
March 5
Craig M. Kichar, 39, of East Wakefield Boulevard, Winchester, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; failure to carry registration/insurance card; improper use of marker plates; reckless driving; disobeying the signal of an officer; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and failure to display lights at 10:31 a.m. He was to appear in court March 5.
March 6
Sudawna C. Weinstein, 33, of Hill Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; first-degree failure to appear in court; and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:16 p.m. She will appear in court March 20.
David Smith, 52, of Keefe Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:13 p.m. He will appear in court March 17.
Shirley Dieujuste, 38, of Temple Street, Harrison, N.Y., was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny; third-degree larceny; third-degree telephone fraud; and conspiracy to commit third-degree telephone fraud at 2:45 p.m. She will appear in court March 20.

Alexander David Depastino, 57, of Berlin Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and physical threatening at 1:25 a.m. He was to appear in court March 7.
Ivette L. Abreu, 35, of Pinecrest Drive, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive on the right at 4:40 p.m. She will appear in court March 20.

Christy Distante, 33, of West Main Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 7 a.m. She will appear in court March 19.
March 10
Tayjanae Alexia Williams, 20, of Bank Street, Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 1 a.m. She was to appear in court March 10.
Dina Renee O'Neil, 46, of Vine Street, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; payment card theft; spending more than $500 with a revoked payment card; and second-degree identity theft at 4:15 p.m. She will appear in court March 25.
Rachel Groll, 35, of James Street, Bristol, was charged with multiple counts of third-degree burglary; multiple counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; multiple counts of fifth-degree larceny; multiple counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; second-degree criminal mischief; illegal taking of a payment card; conspiracy to commit the illegal taking of a payment card; spending more than $500 with a revoked payment card; and conspiracy to spend more than $500 with a revoked payment card at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court March 12.
Eli Robert Carr, 22, of Highridge Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court March 10.
