Bryan Smith, 33, of Foster Street, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; criminal impersonation; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:45 a.m. He was to appear in court March 5.
Jaquel Newsome, 29, of Sylvan Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with failure to display plates and sixth-degree larceny at 11:10 p.m. He was to appear in court March 15.

Luis D. Melendez, 43, of Nicholas Drive, Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 7:47 p.m. He will appear in court March 19.
Rachel Holt, 49, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; failure to drive on the right; and following too closely at 4 p.m. She will appear in court March 19.

Edwin Pabon, 40, of Village Green Drive, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court March 8.
Sameer Mirza, 23, of Deerbrooke Circle, Southington, was charged with first-degree illegal possession of child pornography at 10:45 a.m. He was to appear in court March 8.
Ashley M. Johnson, 37, of Fairway Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 8:30 p.m. She was to appear in court March 8.
March 8
Zoe Shea Lawrence, 19, of Oak Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:41 p.m. She was to appear in court March 11.
Matthew B. Finkenzeller, 32, of Ferro Road, Wolcott, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and violation of traffic control signals at 11:21 p.m. He will appear in court March 22.
Sanije Elmazi, 38, of Peach Orchard Road, Prospect, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:35 a.m. She will appear in court March 22.

Nyah N. Charles, 28, of East Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree violation of a conditional release at 10:51 p.m. She was to appear in court March 11.
March 10
Alexander Jacob Olechowski, 21, of Fleetwood Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:30 a.m. He will appear in court March 25.
