May 14

James Orsi, 60, of West Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:27 p.m. He will appear in court May 28.

May 16

David Anthony Wojcikowski, 43, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and obscenity at 10 a.m. He will appear in court May 30.

Kyle Mitchell-Howe, 21, of Maple Street, Meriden, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court May 16.

Kevin John Hubeny, 57, of Buckland Street, Southington, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of violation of a protective order at 7 p.m. He was to appear in court May 17.

Amandio N. Alves, 49, of Old Oak Court, Southington, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protection order and first-degree sexual assault at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court May 16.

May 17

Dow W. Shields, 37, of West Washington Street, Bristol, was charged with third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court May 20.

May 18

Patrick St. Laurent, 23, of Berlin Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 7:56 a.m. He was to appear in court May 20.

Jody St. Laurent, 53, of Berlin Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:56 a.m. She was to appear in court May 20.

Wesley Golaszewski, 75, of Cooke Street, Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault at 12:15 p.m. He will appear in court May 28.

Tara B. Burke, 43, of Woodruff Street, Southington, was cited for allowing a dog/livestock to roam at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court May 24.

May 19

Zachary L. Puzycki, 32, of no address in East Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 11:57 a.m. He was to appear in court May 20.

Aaron Mitchell Bangston, 44, of Parkview Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:30 a.m. He will appear in court May 31.

May 20

Jason P. Trelli, 47, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker plates; improper number of headlamps; use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; adn failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 9:23 p.m. He will appear in court June 3.

Jesus Manuel Torres, 24, of Camp Street, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker plates; engaging police in pursuit; failure to drive in the proper lane; violating traffic control signals; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 7:18 a.m. He will appear in court June 4.
