Richard Edward Samuel, 25, of 116th Street, Miami, Fla., was charged with second-degree larceny and second-degree telephone fraud at 9:45 a.m. He was to appear in court May 28.
Brent Leroy Ransome Jr., 43, of Summit Farms Road, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 1:15 p.m. He was to appear in court May 28.
Mark A. Melillo, 36, of Harker Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:16 a.m. He was to appear in court May 27.

Quest Marques Robinson, 22, of Ageny Avenue, Terryville, was charged with reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate, making a false statement, first-degree assault, second-degree asasault, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 2:03 p.m. He was to appear in court June 9.
Scott Cox, 54, of Brightwood Lane, Southington, was charged with making a false statement and criminal possession of a firearm at 11:40 a.m. He will appear in court June 22.
