May 27

Richard Edward Samuel, 25, of 116th Street, Miami, Fla., was charged with second-degree larceny and second-degree telephone fraud at 9:45 a.m. He was to appear in court May 28.

Brent Leroy Ransome Jr., 43, of Summit Farms Road, Southington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 1:15 p.m. He was to appear in court May 28.

Mark A. Melillo, 36, of Harker Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:16 a.m. He was to appear in court May 27.

Jorge L. Aguilar, 49, of Goodrich Street, Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 1:30 p.m. He was to appear in court June 12.

Terry John Freer, 62, of Deerbrooke Circle, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release at 9:07 p.m. He was to appear in court June 1.

Jarrod Burris, 28, of Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:45 a.m. He was to appear in court June 1.

Ibrahim Alihodzic, 32, of McClintock Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court June 11.

Michael Joseph Acosta, 35, of Star Drive, Fort Worth, Texas, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 8 a.m. He was to appear in court June 1.

Rao Mi Khan, 46, of Meg Way, Windsor Locks, was charged with illegal sale of 1 KG or more of cannabis at 2:55 p.m. He will appear in court June 15.

Justin Shields, 37, of Old Turnpike Road, Plantsville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and third-degree suffocation/strangulation at 4:57 p.m. He was to appear in court June 3.

Dezmond Cox, 35, of Rombout Road, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:21 a.m. He was to appear in court June 2.

Jahari Perez Ray, 45, of Harper House Road, Newton Grove, N.C., was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, and larceny of a motor vehicle at 12:45 p.m. He was to appear in court June 5.

Jason S. Bednarz, 35, of Whippoorwill Road, Southington, was charged with violation of probation at 9:44 p.m. He will appear in court June 18.

Marques Rodriguez, 22, of Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, and larceny of a motor vehicle at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court June 5.

Gavin Michael Cloos, 19, of Collum Road, Lawrenceville, Pa., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:28 a.m. He will appear in court June 18.

Matthew John Delewski, 28, of West Main Street, Plantsville, was charged with third-degree assault at 4:24 p.m. He was to appear in court June 8.

Quest Marques Robinson, 22, of Ageny Avenue, Terryville, was charged with reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate, making a false statement, first-degree assault, second-degree asasault, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 2:03 p.m. He was to appear in court June 9.

Scott Cox, 54, of Brightwood Lane, Southington, was charged with making a false statement and criminal possession of a firearm at 11:40 a.m. He will appear in court June 22.
