Russell Page, 44, of Maple Drive, Colchester, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; following too closely; operating a motor vehicle without a license; and failing to insure a private motor vehicle at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 26.

Nicholas Marchesi, 34, of Forestville Avenue, Plainville, was charged with physical threatening at 10:17 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Jose Maldonado, 41, of Tolland Street, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct; second-degree unlawful restraint; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Michael Andrew Anastasio, 36, of Gerrish Avenue, East Haven, was charged with possession of burglar tools; larceny of a motor vehicle; third-degree larceny; first-degree criminal trover; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:50 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.

Nov. 13

Sai Sowmya Uppalapati, 22, of Richards Street, West Haven, was charged with the illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system to someone under 21 at 6:05 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Azhar Saeed, 54, of Village Gate Drive, Southington, was charged with the illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system to someone under 21 at 5:27 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Christopher Negron, 31, of Main Street, Stamford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:05 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 26.

Hamaad Adil Khan, 26, of Valley Street, Providence, R.I., was charged with the illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system to someone under 21 at 5:50 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Mahita Guttikonda, 23, of Thorniley Street, New Britain, was charged with the illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system to someone under 21 at 4:56 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Bharath Kumar Avula, 24, of Greenwich Avenue, New Haven, was charged with the illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system for someone under 21 at 5:28 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Mohamed A. Alwishah, 31, of Cabot Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal sale of an electronic nicotine system to someone under 21 at 4:52 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Nov. 14

George Thomas Motuzick, 54, of 2033 Main St., Glastonbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny at 10:10 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Nov. 15

John S. Pappajohn, 62, of Wheeler Road, Litchfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 10:21 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 2.

Matthew Lagasse, 55, of Flanders Road, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; reckless driving; operating a motor vehicle without a license; improper tires on wheels; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 7:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 29.

Nov. 16

Trevor Matthews, 33, of Mulberry Street, Southington, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and second-degree breach of peace at 6:37 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Nov. 17

Marie A. Perreault, 81, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with simple trespassing at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 29.

Michael W. Cahill, 67, of Mountain Edge Drive, Southington, was charged with operating while under suspension; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and drinking while driving at 2:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 18.

Nov. 18

Carlos O'Neil Lind, 29, of Davenport Avenue, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:35 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 5.

Nov. 20

Janisha Rubi Soto, 18, of Prospect Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 2:53 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 4.

Jorge Salvat, 36, of Allen Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; second-degree larceny, third-degree robbery; second-degree breach of peace; interfering with an emergency call; third-degree assault; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 20.

Joseph Michael Cusimano, 47, of Griswold Street, Meriden, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny; reckless driving; operating a motor vehicle without a load cover; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 20.

Axel Alvarado, 38, of Benefit Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; a littering violation; first-degree criminal trespassing; and second-degree harassment at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 20.

Nov. 21

Patrick D. Temme, 42, of Winterwood Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:59 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 5.

Cassidy F. Fiondella, 51, of Southington Avenue, Southington, was charged with third-degree assault at 3:42 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Edward Fascendini, 58, of Forestville Avenue, Plainville, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; third-degree robbery; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 11:40 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 5.

Edward James Elmore, 60, of Comstock Place, East Hartford, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary; three counts of sixth-degree larceny; three counts of payment card theft; three counts of criminal attempt to spend more than $500 on a revoked payment card; second-degree identity theft; two counts of third-degree identity theft; and three counts of criminal impersonation at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.

Nov. 22

Reggie Santoni, 32, of Dwight Street, New Britain, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and second-degree larceny at 4 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 22.

Cyrus Arcana Makowski, 23, of Carter Lane, Southington, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 8:24 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 8.

Dsyer Lee Lopez, 28, of Roberts Street, New Britain, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 4 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 6.

Nov. 23

Aaron Travers, 54, of Scott Road, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Nov. 24

Isaiah Thompson, 43, of High Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace at 2 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Mya Sultana Najarian, 18, of Bagley Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:36 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Nov. 25

Yolanda Torres, 51, of Tremont Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:34 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 9.

Christopher Scott Goergen, 32, of Indian Trail, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 10:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 26.
