Geraldo Ruiz, 25, of Clinic Drive, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 17.
Brittany Kilburn, 36, of Berlin Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 30.

Tajay S. Grant, 26, of 110th Avenue, Jamaica, N.Y., was charged with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 17.
James Lee Clark, 24, of Main Street, Vernon, was charged with improper use of marker/license plates; theft of plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; sixth-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 30.
Kelsey Butler, 31, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault of an elderly victim at 10:47 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 17.
Nov. 20
Cameron Anthony Trenchard, 21, of Ann Uccello Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to display plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; reckless driving; illegal striking of a traffic officer with a motor vehicle; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and violation of probation at 2:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 1 for violation of probation and on Dec. 4 on the other charges.
Sandra Viviana Pichasacaguaman, 33, of Washington Street, Plainville, was charged with leaving a child under 12 unsupervised in a public place at 2:45 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 4.
Kamahi Michael McQueen, 38, of Mountain Road, Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order at 2:33 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 21.
Nov. 22
Richard Potvin, 19, of Woodruff Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening at noon. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.
Carrie Manka, 49, of East Street, Plainville, was charged with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 3:27 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 24.
Janna Lansdale, 25, of Berlin Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal taking of a payment card; spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card; and third-degree identity theft at 1:12 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 7.
Jody DiGioia, 42, of Greystone Drive, Plantsville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and operating a motor vehicle with a handheld telecommunications device at 9:17 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 5.
Nov. 23
Connor Nicholas Primus, 27, of Farmstead Road, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 5.
Nathan Anthony Marco, 26, of Lincon Street, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; failure to drive in the proper lane; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:30 a.m. and 2:25 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 6 and Dec. 7.
Travis Jerry Madore, 32, of Heritage Drive, Southington, was charged with an extradition arrest via a warrant at 10:31 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 24.
Dylan Billingsly, 18, of Dogwood Drive, Southington, was charged with reckless driving and third-degree criminal mischief at 9:15 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 7.

Mdfareen Nizami Yussouf, 23, of Woodtick Road, Wolcott, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:33 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 8.
Nov. 27
Luigi Renzi, 57, of Autran Avenue, Southington, was charged with first-degree sexual assault (use or threat of force) at 5:18 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 27.
Nov. 28
James Lee Dietrichsen, 51, of State Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree physical threatening; and third-degree strangulation/suffocation at 8:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 29.
Nov. 29
Mark A. Melillo, 33, of Harker Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 3:29 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 13.
Juan Antonio Jimenez, 19, of Woodruff Court, New Britain, was charged with improper use of marker plates; theft of plates; use of drug paraphernalia; sale of a controlled substance; illegal possession of a cannabis plant greater than 5 ounces; risk of injury to a child; third-degree criminal mischief; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 2:30 p.m. He ws to appear in court Nov. 30.
