Sarah Labbe, 39, of Copper Ridge, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to grant the right of way at an intersection at 9:51 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 17.
Corey Jamal Burney, 24, of Cherry Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Nov. 4
Luis R. Sifuentes-Manrique, 49, of Kensington Street, Manchester, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 4.
Nov. 5
Samantha Lynn Grabowski, 30, of Ham Hill Road, Southwick, Mass., was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 1:45 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 6.
Nov. 6
Maleik D. Shepard, 28, of West 143rd Street, New York, N.Y., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:35 a.m. He was to appear in court on Nov. 6.
Donald A. Descoteaux, 78, of Mount Vernon Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 7.
Nov. 7
Nicholas James Sweet-Mackin, 27, of West Main Street, Plainville, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 7:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 8.
Mark W. Angelier, 59, of Oriole Mills Road, Red Hook, N.Y., was charged with risk of injury to a child; second-degree breach of peace; fourth-degree sexual assault; and second-degree unlawful restraint at 11:30 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.
Nov. 8
Ely Lanier, 38, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 9.
Lalita Bekker-Caraglio, 44, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order at 11:10 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 9.
