Timothy W. Gray, 20, of Trumbull Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief at 11:36 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 14.
Karenlynne Ashanti Gatling, 24, of Davis Drive, Bristol, was charged with cruelty to animals at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 14.

Jayla Lee Campbell, 23, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order at 4:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 1.
Dec. 2
Edgar Rivera, 48, of Harris Court, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Samuel Miller, 31, of Parker Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and second-degree physical threatening at 1:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Glenda Santana, 37, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; risk of injury to a child; sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and first-degree custodial interference at 5:14 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 20.

Rokim Lee Wilson, 21, of Meriden Road, Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license; using a motor vehicle without permission; and larceny of a motor vehicle at 3:36 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 19.
Nitin K. Upadyaya, 63, of Partridge Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 6:28 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.

John J. Sullivan, 33, of Prospect Street, Naugatuck, was charged with third-degree burglary; first-degree criminal mischief; and first-degree larceny at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.
Jessie Ocasio, 44, of Hawthrone Drive, New London, was charged with interfering with a search at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.
David Charles McCulloch, 43, of Burr Street, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary; two counts of first-degree criminal mischief; and two counts of first-degree larceny at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.
DeLeon Jason Jackson, 25, of Benedict Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; fifth-degree larceny; and first-degree criminal mischief at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.
Jonilda Bardhollari, 32, of Liberty Street, Southington, was charged with failing to use a proper child restraint while transporting a child at 8:40 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 22.
