Tiomonte Morgan, 27, of Stonefield Drive, Waterbury, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; use of a machine gun in a violent crime; illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine; first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree larceny; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; stealing a firearm; criminal possession of a firearm; criminal attempt at second-degree assault; and first-degree reckless endangerment at 8:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.
Ely Lanier, 38, of Summer Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree violation of a conditional release at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 9.

Damon Brandon Davis, 28, of North Ridge Drive, Waterbury, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell; illegal alteration of a firearm identification; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree larceny; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; criminal possession of a firearm/weapon; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 8:05 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 13.
Nov. 12
April Keeler, 35, of Converse Street, Stafford Springs, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 13.
Robert Cachiano, 42, of Farmstead Circle, Enfield, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:15 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 27.
Mary M. Amenta, 57, of Harvest Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 12:56 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 13.
Jessica Amenta, 34, of Harvest Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 12.
Amanda N. Amenta, 38, of Wolcott Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 12:56 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 13.
Nov. 14
William St. Hillaire, 35, of Geddes Terrace, Waterbury, was charged with interfering with a search at 9 a.m. He was expected to be in court Nov. 14.
Graydon Edward Montgomery, 26, Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates; illegal sale of cannabis; possession of an illegal cannabis plant; and first-degree larceny at 9:50 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 28.
Nov. 15
Robert Kosuda, 42, of Clinic Drive, New Britain, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing; fifth-degree larceny; and criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny at 9:19 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 15.
