Dennis Ortiz, 31, of John Street, Waterbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; failure to drive in the proper lane; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection; possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell; possession of a controlled substance; illegal possession of a controlled substance close to a school; and failure to ensure a private motor vehicle at 8:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 16.

Isaiah A. Freeman, 32, of Sylvan Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a narcotic substance; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance close to a school at 8:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 23.

Joseph Antonio Ayala, 29, of Catherine Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of a controlled substance close to a school at 8:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 16.

Oct. 16

Shonda Martin, 50, of Dove Creek Circle, Lawrenceville, Ga., was charged with fifth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny; illegal possession of a shoplifting device; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:12 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 30.

Shauna Zenia Martin, 31, of Grandview Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1:12 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 30.

Oct. 17

Noel Lopez, 22, of Affleck Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree larceny at 2:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 18.

Oct. 18

Sean Michael Marchant, 31, of Merriman Lane, Prospect, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 18.

Felipe James Cruz, 35, of Prospect Street, Terryville, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 10:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 19.

Oct. 19

Winny Rosalla Havok, 35, of Vermont Court, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:53 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 20.

Awilda Echevarria, 44, of East Street, New Britain, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 19.

Stacey Boccuzzio, 40, of Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, was charged with unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 1:59 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 19.

Oct. 20

Kameron Maleek Wilson, 24, of Claremont Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal possession of a cannabis plant greater than 50 oz at 10:12 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.

Paul Henry Malinowski, 57, of Farm Drive, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:06 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 8.

Alanah Marie Cook, 27, of Shirley Drive, Stratford, was charged with violation of a protective order and violation of probation at 3:29 p.m. She was to appear in court on Oct. 23 for the first charge and will appear in court Oct. 31 for the latter charge.

Oct. 21

Alexis Martin Frausto, 22, of Summit Street, Southington, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions; evading responsibility for injuries/property damage; and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:30 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 3.

Oct. 22

Luis Alberto Ramos, 49, of Roosevelt Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 7:54 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 26.

Oct. 23

Miranda Dorothy Silva, 39, of North Leonard Street, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 7.

Michael Primo, 40, Juniper Road, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; following to close in an accident; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 8:41 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.
