Samia Shantell Ramos, 19, of Caroline Street, Bridgeport, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order at 1:45 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 16.
Adam Gordon Alward, 18, of Birchcrest Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and carrying a dangerous weapon at 11:29 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 29.

Oct. 16
Beverly D. Thomas, 60, of Wilcox Street, New Britain, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle at 1:43 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 28.
Mark J. Pawlicki, 42, of Collins Road, Bristol, was charged with violation of traffic control signals; interfering with an officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.
Luis Bauza, 48, of Myrtle Street, Meriden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 16.
Oct. 17
Malcolm Alexander Mitchell, 28, of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, was charged with two counts each of sale of a narcotic substance and possession of a controlled substance at 11 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 18.
Kamahi Michael McQueen, 39, of Mountain Road, Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order at 10:17 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.
Peter Ali Alcantra-Ricapa, 39, of Spencer Hill Road, Winsted, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:52 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 29.
Oct. 19
Neyshalie Torres, 22, of Read Street, New Haven, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; third-degree criminal trespassing; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:08 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 1.
Paulina Santana, 43, of Stonefield Drive, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:08 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 1.
Robert Aaron McCandies, 36, of Coral Drive, Waterbury, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10:08 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 1.
Troy Demery Johnson, 33, of North Elm Street, Torrington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/registration plates; reckless driving; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; third-degree criminal trespassing; and interfering with an office/resisting arrest at 10:08 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 1.
Patrick Shawn Haney, 47, of Thomaston Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 7:10 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.
Oct. 20
Mark A. Veronneau, 57, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with illegal possession of exploding fireworks at 7:20 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 1.
Oct. 21
Tyrell R. White, 37, of Country Club Road, Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 5:06 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 4.
Linnette Santiago, 42, of Tifton Road, Wethersfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 12:29 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 21.
