Tyler Michaud, 43, of Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.
George Craig, 39, of Coe Street, Winsted, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 23.

Oct. 25
Bruce Staebler, 59, of Southeast Road, New Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 28.
David Russell Lugli, 31, of Buena Vista Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:50 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 28.
David Lee Bouey, 33, of Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:30 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.

Jessica M. Cyr, 39, of Litchfield Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:20 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 8.
Oct. 27
Emanuela Falazza, 39, of Summer Street, Plainville, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:01 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 13.
Tamika O. Daniels, 51, of Charles Street, Meriden, was charged with reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; and improper use of colored lights at 6:15 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 12.
Steven Crocetto, 46, of Liberty Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call at 5:38 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 28.

Chelsey Rose Dennis, 28, of Summer Street, Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree identity theft at 7:53 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 6.
