Dana Patrice McCaster, 45, of Shelton Avenue, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She will appear in court Nov. 12.
Jesse Marks, 30, of Prospect Street, Torrington, was charged with three counts of fifth-degree larceny; sixth-degree larceny; first-degree criminal trespassing; and third-degree robbery at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 31.

Nathan Diaz-Melendez, 20, of Wolcott Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order; second-degree reckless endangerment; second-degree unlawful restraint; willful damage to a number plate; unsafe movement in a stopped vehicle; traffic control signal violations; and second-degree breach of peace at 3:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 29.
Oct. 30
Samia Shantell Ramos, 19, of Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest at 1:56 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 30.
Jennifer Poulin, 36, of East Street, Plainville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; theft of plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension; disobeying the signal of an officer; engaging police in pursuit; improper turns; and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 11:15 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 30.
Rachel Holt, 49, of Colony Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and use of drug paraphernalia at 7:30 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 13.
Oct. 31
Evan Robert Rodriguez, 20, of Case Street, Farmington, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle at noon. He was to appear in court Nov. 1.
James Gil, 51, of Crown Street, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 5 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 15.
Leim Joseph Daly, 59, of Silver Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 31.
Nov. 2
Charles Kowalski, 43, of Fanway Avenue, Bristol, was charged with failure to keep narcotics in original container and possession of a controlled substance at 5:20 p.m. He will appear inc ourt Nov. 18.
