Sept. 10

Roberto Soto, 18, of Roosevelt Street, Plainville, was charged with operating without a license; second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree assault at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 24.

LUis Bauza, 48, of Myrtle Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; impromper use of marker/registration plates; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; third-degree criminal mischief; sixth-degree larceny; third-degree robbery; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and assault of a public safety officer at 1:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 12.

Sept. 11

Samantha Frances Rogers, 35, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation at 10:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Josue Medina, 34, of Eastern Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery at 9:56 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.

Sept. 12

Catherine M. Ruscz, 45, of Bishop Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree harassment and threatening at 3:40 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 26.

Nicholas Stephen Depaulo, 27, of South Street, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 9 a.m. He was to appear inc ourt Sept. 12.

Kelsey L. Cross, 44, of Maple Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/registration plates; evading responsibility for injury/property damage; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 7:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 26.

Sept. 13

Joshua Joseph Madore, 27, of Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with violation of readable/lost plates; reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; and making improper turns at 11:13 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.

Sept. 14

Christopher J. Bruton, 54, of Pinecrest Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and assault of a public safety officer at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 26.

Sept. 16

Moises Eduardo Afonso, 55, of East Main Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree larceny at 8:54 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 30.

Sept. 17

Todd M. Vaillancourt, 60, of East Street, Wolcott, was charged with two counts of simple trespassing at 4:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.

Jose Gabriel Lopez Pacheco, 22, of Regan Road, Middlebury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage; improper passing; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 6:05 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 1.

Michelle Marie Lever, 42, of Willard Street, Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 6:22 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 30.

Alanna Deangelis, 36, of Eugene Avenue, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker plates; possessoin of a controlled substance; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 10:35 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 1.

Sept. 18

Anton Sharif Whitehead-Perez, 25, of Prospect Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; falsifying marker/license/registration; reckless driving; traffic control signal violations; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.

Willie James White, 57, of Wolcott Street, Bristol, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Matthew E. Kimbrough, 62, of Bennett Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Brittnee Alise Beebe, 32, of Spencer Drive, Middletown, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; reckless driving; unsafe backing; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery; third-degree robbery; criminal attempt at second-degree assault; and first-degree reckless endangerment at 10:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Sept. 19

Gregory P. Kreutzer, 45, of Prospect Street, New Britain, was charged with violation of home improvement contractor requirements at 9:27 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 4.

Eric Emery, 58, of John Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 8:09 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.

Adevan Martins Da Silva, 36, of West Main Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment at 9:48 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 20.

Sept. 22

Molly M. Bukowski, 43, of Burgundy Hill Lane, Middletown, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:58 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 4.

Sept. 23

Douglas Edward Brooks, 45, of Smith Street, New Britain, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 12:54 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 7.
