Radoslaw Tomasz Kopacz, 40, of Rising Trail Drive, Middletown, was charged with leaving a child under 12 unsupervised in public at 4:25 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 27.

Marcus Lenier Johnson, 33, of NW 87th Avenue, Sunrise, Fla., was charged with three counts of criminal violation of a restraining order at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 15.

Corey Nashawn Johnson, 26, of Johnson Road, Hamden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:50 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 16

Alexander Torres, 33, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Plantsville, was charged with risk of injury to a child; disorderly conduct; and third-degree assault at 3 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.

Gregory Bolduc, 62, of Ridge Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:01 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 17

Jonathan B. St. Pierre, 41, of Norris Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:45 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 27.

Sept. 18

Deleon Jason Jackson, 25, of Benedict Street, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 6:10 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 2.

Andrew Haskell, 32, of Whiting Street, Plainville, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 19

Jay David Markella, 55, of Waterbury Road, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:20 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 3.

Sept. 20

Scott Joseph Rhault, 44, of Hawley Street, Waterbury, was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary; five counts of third-degree criminal mischief; and fifth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 20.

Justin Masek, 34, of Hillcrest Avenue, Derby, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 1:55 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 3.

Aram Davidian, 66, of Stuart Drive, Southington, was charged with possession of a vicious/barking dog at 4:02 p. He will appear in court Sept. 29.
