Stephen A. Uryga, 66, of Victoria Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 8:21 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 6.

Christopher Adam Grimsley, 34, of Pine Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and carrying a dangerous weapon at 6:50 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 10.
Sept. 25
Elise Arseneau, 43, of South Farms Terrace, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 10.
Ronald F. Almeida, 44, of Bagley Terrace, Waterbury, was charged with disorderly conduct; second-degree threatening; second-degree reckless endangerment; and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 26.
Sept. 27
David C. Frease, 47, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree assault at 3:52 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 5.
Jayla Lee Campbell, 23, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 3:20 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 27.
