Southington Police Looking for Same Man in Two Robbery Cases
He hit both a Subway and a liquor store, police said.
SOUTHINGTON, CT — Police think the same person committed two commercial robberies in town driving the same vehicle.
The first took place on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. at the Subway located at 915 Meriden Waterbury
Turnpike, police said.

The second was on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at M&R Liquors located at 920 Queen Street.
Police said in both cases. the suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, about 6-feet and between 180 and 200 pounds.

The man was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a light colored baseball cap with logo, jeans and black-and-white sneakers, police said.
The suspect entered the businesses with a camouflage bag, approaches a clerk demanded all cash, police said. No weapon was displayed, police said.
The suspect was seen fleeing the area in what is believed to be a dark-colored Nissan 370Z style vehicle, police said.
